Lillian Ngala Foundation seeks to establish an environment where the youth can fearlessly pursue their dreams and become the best versions of themselves. This is based on the belief that if young people have sufficient incomes and resources to sustain productive lives, they can generate an economic opportunity and contribute to the wider good and care for others.
Our work is cut out for us because the youth is one of the most vulnerable clusters of the population; affected by poverty, lack of appropriate education, unemployment, and social inequality.
Through our programs, we eliminate factors harming youth welfare and encourage beneficiaries to tap into their huge potential and exercise their capacity for greatness in order to create suitable economic pathways for their future.
